1. Description
Progressive dialing with a dial ratio is a mode in which the system reserves an agent and simultaneously initiates calls to multiple contacts at once (for example, two contacts per agent). As soon as the first customer answers the call, they are instantly connected to the agent, while all other parallel dials on that line are automatically terminated. This significantly reduces the agent's wait time between calls, minimizing idle time during the ringing stage.
