Meta (Chat Gateways)

1. Description

The Chat Gateway is used to create chat rooms in Meta Platforms products.

The following items are available when you create a Chat Gateway (Fig. 1):

1. Save button;

2. Close button;

3. Tabs.

1.1. Save button

Clicking on this button saves the changes.

1.2 Close button

Clicking this button opens the Chat Gateways page; the changes are not saved.

1.3. Tabs

The following tabs are available when creating the Chat Gateway:

• Meta;

• Facebook pages;

• Instagram;
