1. Description
The Call quality tab displays the network quality parameters recorded during the call in a table (Fig. 1).
The table consists of the following columns:

Parameter — the name of the network quality parameter:

mos — the overall call quality score (the higher the value, the better the quality);

jitter — the variation in delay between data packets (the lower the value, the more stable the connection);

packetloss — the percentage of data packets lost during transmission (the lower the value, the better);

roundtrip — the time it takes for a data packet to reach the recipient and return (the lower the value, the lower the network latency);

avg — the average value of the parameter over the duration of the call;

min — the minimum recorded value of the parameter;

min_at — the time when the minimum value was recorded;

max — the maximum recorded value of the parameter;

max_at — the time when the maximum value was recorded.
