Call quality (History)

1. Description

The Call quality tab displays the network quality parameters recorded during the call in a table (Fig. 1).

The table consists of the following columns:

  • Parameter — the name of the network quality parameter:

    • mos — the overall call quality score (the higher the value, the better the quality);

    • jitter — the variation in delay between data packets (the lower the value, the more stable the connection);

    • packetloss — the percentage of data packets lost during transmission (the lower the value, the better);

    • roundtrip — the time it takes for a data packet to reach the recipient and return (the lower the value, the lower the network latency);

  • avg — the average value of the parameter over the duration of the call;

  • min — the minimum recorded value of the parameter;

  • min_at — the time when the minimum value was recorded;

  • max — the maximum recorded value of the parameter;

  • max_at — the time when the maximum value was recorded.
