Optimized socket disconnection logic: the disconnection event is now triggered only on a full page reload. Reconnection logic has been implemented. Previously, the socket connection would break when uploading files.

Due to the removal of WebitelCore and WebitelCollaboration packages from the default Creatio distribution (starting from version 8.2.1), the required functionality for proper Webitel-Creatio integration has been moved to the CallManager package.
