Release Notes

CallManager:

  • Optimized socket disconnection logic: the disconnection event is now triggered only on a full page reload. Reconnection logic has been implemented. Previously, the socket connection would break when uploading files.

  • Fixed an issue with file display in chat, where an empty window with a "Download" button appeared.

  • Improved update and access rights distribution for records in the "Calls" section based on CDR data.

  • Added display of Webitel variables to the agent before accepting the call in the Creatio interface.

  • Due to the removal of WebitelCore and WebitelCollaboration packages from the default Creatio distribution (starting from version 8.2.1), the required functionality for proper Webitel-Creatio integration has been moved to the CallManager package.

Call Center:

  • Adapted Call Center slider display for compatibility with the updated Creatio version 8.2.2.

  • Synchronized the post-processing continuation modal window across multiple tabs/browser instances to prevent repeated post-processing continuation actions.
