When updating the Webitel environment to release Version 25.02
Clients who use Webitel Chats functionality within the Creatio interface must update the Chat package to this release or later.
Otherwise, outgoing messaging functionality will NOT work (due to API replacement on the Webitel side).

1. Chat rating improvements
A new "Comment" field has been added to the service WtelChatRestService/ChatRating/SetRating, which is used by the Webitel system to transfer customer ratings to Creatio.
2. Media file handling
Added the ability to paste an image or screenshot directly from the clipboard into an active chat.
3. Database optimization
Improved the process of creating records in the database when working with multiple open browser tabs.
4. Outgoing message enhancements

File attachments: it is now possible to attach a single file to an outgoing message.

Improved client search in the outgoing message panel: searching by "Messenger ID" now uses exact match.

Refined outgoing messaging functionality for Facebook.
5. Access permissions
A new permission was added:
Can use Webitel Chats in Communication panel (WebitelChatsCanUseWebitelChatsInCommunicationPanel)
This permission allows access to the "Webitel Chats" section in the communication panel.
6. Quick reply templates
Updated the quick reply template selection interface in the active chat, making it more convenient to use.
7. Webitel Portal Users: Chats Support:
