Case info (Case)

1. Description

This tab contains general information about the case.

When a case is created manually, the “Information” tab consists of the following fields (Fig. 1):

  • Subject — a field for entering the case subject;

  • Description — a field for entering the case description;

  • Source — a field for selecting the case source;

  • Contact info — contact information used to communicate regarding this case (email, phone, Telegram ID, Facebook ID). It is entered manually by the user, as it may differ from the source.

For a created case, the “Information” tab consists of the following elements (Fig. 2):

  1. Subject;

  2. Description;

  3. Source;

  4. Contact info;

  5. Related cases;

  6. Comments.

1.1. Subject

The case subject is displayed here.

1.2. Description

The case description is displayed here.

1.3. Source

The case source is displayed here. The icon indicates the type of source.

Possible icon values:

  • image-2024-9-12_9-58-15.png – call;

  • image-2024-9-12_9-58-4.png – chat;

  • image-2024-9-13_9-40-10.png – social network;

  • image-2024-9-13_9-39-29.png – email;

  • image-2024-9-12_9-58-37.png – API;

  • image-2024-9-12_9-58-27.png – manually created.

1.4. Contact info

Contact information for communication regarding this case is displayed here (email, phone, Telegram ID, Facebook ID).

It is entered manually by the user, as it may differ from the source.

Cases related to the current case are displayed here.

Clicking the icon image-20250226-121647.png opens fields for selecting the relationship type and choosing a case. It also displays buttons to save the relation image-20250226-215629.png and cancel image-20250226-215647.png .

The icon image-20250226-121706.png is used to remove the relation.

If there are multiple related cases, the “More” button is used to view additional cases.

1.6. Comments

Comments for the current case are displayed here.

  • image-20250226-121647.png — used to add a comment;

  • image-20260402-075349.png — displays comments from newest to oldest (by default), image-20260402-080400.png — displays comments from oldest to newest;

  • image-20250226-121706.png — used to remove a comment;

  • image-20250226-121723.png — used to edit a comment.

If there are multiple comments, the “More” button is used to view additional comments.
