The page consists of the following fields (Fig. 1):

1.1. Name field

A field for entering the name of the closure reasons directory. This is a required field.

1.2. Description field

A field for entering the description of the closure reasons directory.

Goal

Edit or set parameters

Preconditions

  1. Access to the CRM application;

  2. Access to the Closure reasons section in the CRM application;

  3. Permission to create or edit records in the Closure reasons section;

  4. At least one record exists or a new one is being created.

Steps:

 

  1. Click the field that needs to be changed.

  2. Make the required changes.

  3. Click the Save button.

Result

The data is saved.
