General (Priorities)

1. Description

General information is displayed here.

The page consists of the following fields (Fig. 1):

  1. Name field;

  2. Color field;

  3. Description field.

1.1. Name field

A field for entering the priority name. This is a required field.

1.2. Color field

The priority color is selected here.

1.3. Description field

A field for entering the priority description.

2. Opportunities

2.1. Edit or set parameters

Goal

Edit or set parameters

Preconditions

  1. Access to the CRM application;

  2. Access to the Priorities section in the CRM application;

  3. Permission to create or edit records in the Priorities section;

  4. At least one record exists or a new record is being created.

Steps: 

  1. Click the field that needs to be changed.

  2. Enter the required changes.

  3. Click the Save button.

Result

The data is saved.
