1. Description
The Contacts tab is designed for viewing and managing contacts that belong to a static group.
It consists of the following elements:

Records registry (Fig. 1.(1));

Search field (Fig. 1.(2));

Add tool (Fig. 1.(3));

Registry refresh tool (Fig. 1.(4));

Delete tool (Fig. 1.(5));

Pagination (Fig. 1.(6)).
1.1. Records registry
The registry (Fig. 1.(1)) is a list of contacts that belong to the group.
Each record contains the following fields:

Checkbox;
-
Name column;
-
User column;
-
Group column;
-
Label column;
-
Owner column;
-
Description column;
-
Removal tool.
1.1.1. Checkbox
Used to select one or more entries. An additional removal tool appears next to the search field after selecting one or more entries. Information about the number of entries chosen for deletion appears when you hover over this tool. When you click on it, a modal confirmation window appears.
It contains the Yes, No, and close (

Clicking the Yes button deletes the entries.

Clicking the No button closes the modal window, and the entries are not deleted.
All records on the page will be selected if you select the checkbox in the header.

1.1.2. Name column
Displays the contact name and avatar.
1.1.3. User column
Mark indicating that the contact is a user.
1.1.4. Group column
Displays the groups the contact belongs to.
1.1.5. Label column
Displays the labels assigned to the contact.
1.1.6. Owner column
Indicates the owner of the contact.
1.1.7. Description column
Displays the contact description.
1.1.8. Removal tool
It is used to remove an object with confirmation through a modal window. A modal confirmation window appears after clicking the

1.2. Search field
The search is performed by the Name column.
It consists of an input field and a close button (
1.3. Add tool
To add new contacts to the group, click the add button —
1.3.1. Modal window Add contacts
The modal window (Fig. 4) consists of the following elements:

Search field (Fig. 4.(1)) – used for searching contacts by name.

Filters panel (Fig. 4.(2)) – includes:
-
Group filter — multi-selection of groups to which contacts belong;
-
User filter — selection of users;
-
Label filter — multi-selection of labels assigned to contacts.

Reset filters tool (Fig. 4.(3)) – clears all applied filters.

Records registry (Fig. 4.(4)) – list of available contacts with the following columns:

Name column — contact name and avatar (clicking the name opens the contact card in a new browser tab).

User column — mark that the contact is a Webitel user.
-
Tag column — tags assigned to the contact.
-
Group column — groups the contact belongs to.
-

Add button (Fig. 4.(5)) – becomes active after selecting one or more contacts using checkboxes. Adds the selected contacts to the group and closes the window.

Close button (Fig. 4.(6)) or icon
(Fig. 4.(7)) — closes the window without changes.
1.4. Records registry refresh tool
Updating the register table is performed by clicking on the refresh button -
1.5. Delete tool
The delete button (Fig. 1.(4)) becomes active after selecting records using a checkbox. Clicking the button opens a confirmation modal window (Fig. 3).
1.6. Pagination
It consists of the Rows per page field, which indicates the number of entries (it is possible to set from 1 to 1000) per page, and forward and backward buttons for switching pages.
