General (Contact groups - Dynamic)

1. Description

This section contains general information about the contact group.

The section consists of the following fields (Fig. 1):

  1. Name field;

  2. Default group field;

  3. Description field;

  4. State switch.

1.1. Name field

A field for entering the name. This is a required field.

1.2. Default group field

The default agent group. This field is optional. When clicking the field, a list of contact groups with the Static type is displayed.

1.3. Description field

A field for entering the description of the contact group.

1.4. State switch

The switch controls the group state — enabled or disabled. Only active groups can be selected.

Modify or set parameters

Preconditions

  1. Access to the CRM application;

  2. Access to the Contact groups section in the CRM application;

  3. Permission to create or edit in the Contact groups section;

  4. At least one record exists or a new one is being created.

Scenario:

  1. Click the field to be modified;

  2. Make the required changes;

  3. Click the Save button.

Result

The data is saved.
