New features:

  • All applications migrated to the new visual styles library;

  • [Admin] Added a component to the graphic constructor for sending files from the “Media Files” section to the client’s chat;

  • Storage service now has an opportunity to specify the storage period for call records. All stored files above this period will be deleted automatically;

  • Added a new service status, which shows the forced agent transfer to a break in case of exceeding the limit specified in the Team settings;

  • [History] Fixed a bug concerning the display of the call ending side;

  • Removed an error regarding the possibility to address the inbound call to the operator while reserving this agent by the Progressive dialer;

  • Removed an error in the offline dialer work;

  • Added a reason for terminating dialing to a customer in the dialer if the dialing time limit expires;
