Version 26.04

This release focuses on expanding CRM functionality, significant improvements to the Workspace interface, and enhanced system stability. New case management capabilities have been added, agent workflows have been optimized, and numerous bugs have been fixed to ensure reliable platform performance.

New Features

๐Ÿ“‚ CRM / Cases 

  • Service Priorities: added the ability to set a default priority for catalogs and individual services. When creating a case, the priority is now automatically populated based on the selected service.

  • Case Export: implemented the ability to export the case list in CSV and XLSX formats.

  • Import for Custom Dictionaries: implemented the ability to import values into custom dictionaries from a CSV file.

  • Default User Roles: introduced pre-configured Admin, Supervisor, and Agent roles for quick access rights setup.

  • New Component โ€” Form Select Case Status: added a new form component that allows selecting a case status based on its service.

๐Ÿ’ป Workspace 

  • Sending Messages During a Call: agents can now send messages to a contact directly from the mini-card during an active communication.

  • Adding Email from the Mini-Card: implemented the ability to add an email for a contact from their mini-card during communication.

  • Viewing Screen Recordings in the Work Log: added the ability to view agent screen recordings directly in the Work Log tab.

๐Ÿ” Security and Authorization

  • License Expiration Notifications: users will now receive notifications about the upcoming expiration of their licenses, as well as notifications when a license has already expired.

  • API for Creating Video Calls: implemented an API for generating a video call link.

๐Ÿ’ป Workspace 

  • Improved Contact Tab Behavior: added the system setting expand_contact_tabs, which allows expanding tabs in the contact card by default.

  • Client Mute Indication: agents can now see when a client has muted their microphone during a video call.

  • Closed Chat History: when opening a closed chat from the left panel, the history automatically scrolls to the beginning of that conversation.

  • Header Setting for the Select Service Element: the post-processing form now displays the header and state (collapsed/expanded) for the service selection element, configured in Flow.

  • Unique Skill Names: the system now validates name uniqueness when creating or editing an agent skill.

  • Improved Telegram App Authorization: the result of Telegram App authorization is now displayed visually, and localization has been added.

  • Sorting by the Created Column: all records are now displayed by default in order from newest to oldest.

  • Search in Column Selection: added a search field in the column selection modal for quickly finding the needed fields across all sections.

  • AMD Result Filter: added the ability to filter calls by the TIMEOUT value in AMD results.

  • Screen Recording Player: the screen recording player now opens in enlarged (MD) size by default.

  • Updated Export File Name: the date and time of export are now displayed in the name of CSV/XLSX files.

๐Ÿ” Security and Authorization 

  • Password Policy for SSO: the password policy (password expiration) no longer applies to users who use SSO to log in.

  • Password Change Window Localization: added translation for the forced password change window.

  • Improved Agent Screen Interaction: a loader is now displayed when connecting to an agent's screen, and a corresponding notification appears in case of a connection loss.

  • Default Values in Custom Dictionaries: when creating a case in the record card, the default value from a custom dictionary is no longer populated into a required field.

  • Video Call Recording: added the ability to view a video call recording in the contact timeline.

Bug Fixes

๐Ÿ› Workspace

  • Fixed an issue where the active chat history could disappear after closing another chat.

  • Fixed incorrect export variable passing when transferring a chat via Chatplan.

  • Fixed the display of the message date in chat for unidentified contacts.

  • Active chat count indicators no longer disappear after collapsing the corresponding tab.

  • The chat transfer button remains active and clickable after interacting with the input field.

  • Fixed the display of the agent name in the call history in Workspace.

  • Fixed an issue where the History page failed to load.

  • Columns with exported variables are now displayed correctly and retain their position after a page refresh.

  • Fixed an issue where record loading did not account for applied filters.

  • Fixed the display of comments on the call timeline when changing the zoom level.

  • Fixed incorrect text color display on the call timeline in dark theme.

  • Fixed column sorting in the queue member list, including by agent, priority, and other parameters.

  • Fixed an issue where default file retention policies were not created when adding a new domain.

  • Fixed the display of values in the Destination column for queue members.

  • Removed the restriction on entering values greater than 23 hours in queue time settings fields.

  • The Take Over button in the case card now works correctly.

  • Fixed incorrect field display when creating a new case source.

๐Ÿ› Supervisor 

  • Fixed filtering by agents in the active calls registry.

  • The call listening icon now displays correctly in the agents registry.

  • Fixed the responsiveness of the agent page when resizing the window.

  • Fixed sorting by the From and To columns in the active calls section.

๐Ÿ› Video Calls 

  • Improved video quality during calls and in recordings.

  • Fixed an issue where only the first 100 messages were displayed in the video call chat.

  • Fixed the sorting of screenshots taken during a video call.

๐Ÿ› Flow 

  • The Join Agent component now works correctly and passes the required parameters.

  • Fixed the passing of exported variables from a form to a schema added to after-execute.
